I had high hopes for PriPost’s Postbox service, but it was quite disappointing. The user interface is clunky, making it hard to navigate and find my mail. Additionally, their customer service was unresponsive when I reached out for help. The privacy aspect felt questionable, which is concerning since we're dealing with sensitive documents. I wouldn’t recommend this service.
